Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, bring milk to a gentle boil in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in alpine-style, cheddar and asiago until melted. Add macaroni; heat through, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
