Sweet ‘tater Logs

Ingredients:

• 2 Sweet Potatoes, washed and cut into eights lengthwise
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet
3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and soft inside
