Spicy Ranch Bacon Chicken Dip

Cooking spray, for greasing
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch Dressing
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled, divided
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, divided
optional garnish: chopped Italian parsley
crackers or chips, for serving

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish (9×11-inch) or a pie plate with cooking spray.

STEP 2
In a medium bowl or a stand mixer, whisk the cream cheese and dressing together until smooth. Stir in the chicken, 1 cup bacon crumbles, and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese.

STEP 3
Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in the baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake until melted and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

STEP 4
Garnish with the remaining bacon and, if desired, parsley. Serve with crackers or chips.
