Sour Cream Raisin Pie

1 c.raisin, cooked & drained

1 c. sour cream

  1. c. brown sugar

1 t. vinegar

1 t. vanilla

1 tbsp. flour

Mix together.  Pour into 8″ crust and bake at 425-degrees for 10 min.  Reduce heat to 350-degrees for 20 min. or

until mixture sets.  Top is brown. (No meringue.)
