Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients together.
  3. Pour into an ungreased 9×13 baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
  5. Melt butter and dribble over all.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Top with whipped topping when serving.
