Ingredients:
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- whipped topping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 6 ingredients together.
- Pour into an ungreased 9×13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
- Melt butter and dribble over all.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping when serving.
