Myra Byanka of Dallas, TX submitted this recipe for Beef Fajita Marinade
- Per 1 lb. of beef:
- 1 bottle beer
- 1/4 cup freshlime juice
- 2 tbs. favorite beef rub
- 4cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs.olive oil
- 2 tbs. choppedcilantro
- saltand pepper to taste
- optional: chopped jalapeno
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the beef.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or so.
- Drain and discard marinade before grilling.
