Killer Beef Fajita

  • Per 1 lb. of beef:
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1/4 cup freshlime juice
  • 2 tbs. favorite beef rub
  • 4cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbs. Worcestershire
  • 1 tbs. sugar
  • 1 tbs.olive oil
  • 2 tbs. choppedcilantro
  • saltand pepper to taste
  • optional: chopped jalapeno

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the beef.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or so.
  3. Drain and discard marinade before grilling.
