Grilled Bananas with Peanut Butter

3 bananas, firm
¾ cup peanut butter, natural
⅓ cup honey
¼ tsp cinnamon

Cut bananas lengthwise, leaving skin on.

In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey and cinnamon. Spread 2 Tbsps of the peanut butter mixture on the cut side of each banana half.

Place the banana halves skin side down on a medium hot grill for about 6 to 7 minutes. If you’d like softer bananas, cook longer. Use a long spatula to carefully transfer bananas from grill to serving dish. NOTE: Peanut butter will be hot!

Garnish with chopped nuts, toasted coconut, chocolate chips, whipped cream, sprinkles or ice cream.
