What You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 5 cup cold water
- 2 cup seedless watermelon chunks, pureed
- 2 cup ice
What To Do:
- In a large pitcher, dissolve sugar in boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add lemon juice and lemon peel; mix well.
- Stir in cold water and watermelon puree; add ice, stirring until well blended.
