Cowboy Beans are a great side, main course or even appetizer with dipping chips. Made with beans, ground beef and bacon in a rich and flavorful sauce.
2 cans Pork & Beans – drained
1 can Black Beans – rinsed
1 can Butter Beans – rinsed – if you can’t find the small ones, cut the large ones up
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 pound Bacon – cooked & chopped
1 pound hamburger – brown with onion and seasoning of your choice
1 medium onion
3/4 Cup Ketchup
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
Put all in a Crock Pot 2-3 hours or bake for 1 hour

28 ounces cans | Van Kamps Pork & Beans |
15 ounces cans | Beans (any kind, or a blend) |

1 tablespoon | Worcestershire |
¼ cup | Brown Sugar |
18 ounces bottles | Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce |
1 teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
