Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) Can Cream Style Corn
1 (8 oz.) Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
Directions:
1. Combine & mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Transfer to greased, oven-safe casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
