Paul C. Parnell, Jr., 83, died Dec. 2, 2020 at Wheatlands Health Care Center, Kingman.
He was born Sept. 2, 1937, at Hutchinson the son of Paul C., Sr. and Virginia Warner Parnell.A longtime Arlington resident, he formerly worked in the mailroom at the State Capital Building in Topeka, was a retired dairy farmer and was a volunteer at the Word of Life Book Store.
Survivors include his sister Beverly Stucky; nephews Roy Stucky and wife Janis and Tracy Stucky and wife Sheral; and five step-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday at the Arlington Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
Memorials may be made with Rivercross Hospice or Wheatlands Health Care Center, both in care of the funeral home.
