Effective May 28th 2015 the Salina Bombers professional football team will be no more; the team stated that business reasons forced their decision to cease operations. The Bombers founded in 2012 participated in the Champions Indoor Football (CIF) league in 2015 and had 2 remaining games on their schedule.
