PRATT – Conservationists, wildlife enthusiasts, hunters, anglers and the like are invited to attend the Kansas Wildlife Federation’s (KWF) Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 8 starting at 10 a.m. The event will be held at Acorns Resort, 3710 Farnum Creek Road, on Milford Lake. The cost to attend is $50 for adults, and $15 for youth age 12 and under, and includes two meals. Attendees are asked to register for the event by April 1 by sending their registration fees to KWF, PO Box 771282, Wichita, KS 67277.
Attendees can choose from several breakouts sessions, including a fishing clinic, fishing or lake tour, service work at the Milford Nature Center, archery and several lectures.
The evening portion will kick off at 5 p.m. with a happy hour and auction, followed by keynote speaker and photographer for the Missouri Department of Conservation, Noppadol Paothong, at 6:30 p.m. and an awards banquet at 7 p.m.
