Wildlife biologists with the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism verified a mountain lion sighting in Rooks County, north of Webster. This remote trail camera photo was taken on August 3, and this is the 11th verified sighting of a mountain lion in Kansas since 2007.
