Arbuckle: July 25. Elevation 5 ft. above normal and dropping, water 75 and stained. All boat ramps are open. Use extreme caution on the water. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on topwater lures, spinnerbaits and worms from the surface to 6 ft. along weed beds and flats. Blue River: July 27. Elevation normal, water 84 and clear. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait and punch bait at 4-8 ft. along shorelines, channels, rocks and deeper pools. Flathead catfish fair on sunfish and worms at 3-8 ft. around brush structure, rocks and longer, deeper pools.
