The KBA will once again be attending the Beau Arndt Foundation Outdoor Days in conjunction with the 6th annual Kansas Hunting & Fishing Expo on Saturday, September 26th, 2015 from 10am-4pm and Sunday, September 27th, 2015 from Noon-4pm at Peter Pan Park and Riverside Elementary School.

The KBA will have the archery booth set-up for all ages to come by and visit, learn about the outdoor sport of bowhunting and archery while participating in shooting at 3-D and archery targets.  The events will also include door prizes and drawings, waterfowl/turkey hunting and fishing/trapping demonstrations, certified antler scoring and many more activities for children and adults alike.

Beau Arndt was a young man killed by a poacher while goose hunting up near Americus, KS in December 2007.  His parents started their foundation and this event in memory of him and his love for the outdoors in order to introduce other young people to the outdoor activities and lifestyle their son loved while helping children and their families enjoy the outdoors safely.

Please come out in support of this growing local foundation and join us for the exciting line-up of outdoor events and demonstrations.
