HOW TO STOP THE JUNK FOOD SNACK ATTACK IN ITS TRACKS

You’re working so hard at making healthy meals, exercising, drinking plenty of water, and getting enough rest.

THEN, that 3 o’clock snack attack hits and you find yourself digging into the cookies, chocolate, and chips.  You lose all self control and before you know it, you’ve emptied a whole bag of M&M’s, downed a couple of donuts, and plowed through a bag of chips…yet, you’re still hungry.
