In a new report released from the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network Kansas shows room for improvement. While Kansas did receive praise for raising tobacco taxes, Reagan Cussimanio a spokeswoman for the Cancer Action Network says Kansas needs to make tanning beds off-limits to anyone younger than 18.
