About Ed O’Malley
For the last 10 years, Ed has served as the founding president and chief executive officer of the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita. He grew up in Johnson County, Kansas where he graduated from Shawnee Mission South High School in Overland Park. Ed earned his degree in history from Kansas State University that soon turned into a passion for how to make a better tomorrow. He served as an aide to Kansas Governor Bill Graves and as a staff member for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce before being twice elected to the Kansas legislature where he represented the 24th District. Ed is married to Joanna, his childhood sweetheart, and they have three children.
