Winners at the 2016 Walnut Valley Festival, held on September 14-18. Those receiving recognition from Kansas include: International Autoharp 3rd place was earned by Steve Luper, Andover and in Finger Style Guitar 2nd place went to Dan Bliss, Merriam.
