Raphael Aragon helps stage “The Tragedy of Carmen” at Baldwin Wallace University
Raphael Aragon of Wichita performed in “The Tragedy of Carmen” during the spring semester at Baldwin Wallace University. Victoria Bussert, director of BW’s music theatre program, directed the compelling 90-minute production. The show also marked director of orchestral studies Octavio Mas-Arocas’ first as conductor of a BW opera leading a chamber orchestra and the cast through the beautifully familiar, yet newly realized, score.
