Via Christi Clinic received grant

Via Christi’s Transitional Care Clinic has received a $50,000 grant that will be used to help fund the operations for the clinic, which helps patients transition from the hospital to home or other facility for ongoing care. The grant was from Lewis H. Humphreys Charitable Trust, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee.
