K-State Sedgwick County Extension Office is holding a free WIC-Cooking class for pregnant moms This 5 week workshop for WIC approved pregnant moms will teach you how to make healthy meals using WIC approved foods. All moms in this free workshop will participate in a grocery shopping tour and receive a $10.00 gift card challenge.
