VIP Student Ambassadors named at FHSU

HAYS, Kan. — Local students are among the 25 selected to serve as VIP Student Ambassadors for the 2015-2016 academic year at Fort Hays State University.

Ambassadors serve as official representatives for FHSU at a variety of special events including Homecoming, athletic activities, presidential dinners and other gatherings. Students must be full-time undergraduate students with a minimum 2.5 grade point average and able to assist with nine to 10 events per year.

Ambassadors, with classifications, majors and high schools, are listed by hometown.

Cheney (67025): Macy Becker, a junior majoring in communication, is a Garden Plain High School graduate.

Haven (67543): Kylee Davis, a sophomore majoring in medical diagnostic imaging and health and human performance, is a Haven High School graduate.

Hutchinson (67502): Grace Suter, a junior majoring in psychology, is a Trinity Catholic High School graduate.

Salina (67401): Morgan Soldan, a junior majoring in elementary education, is a Salina South High School graduate. She is a returning VIP.

Wichita (67226): Krystal Iheme, a senior majoring in biology, is a Wichita Heights High School graduate. She is a returning VIP.

Winfield (67156): Matthew Kaiser, a senior majoring in biology, is a Winfield High School graduate
