Cops and Costumes will be held 4:30-6:30 P.M. Monday, October 31 at the Salina Police Department, 255 N 10th, front parking lot. Come in you costumes and get candy, sticker badges, glow sticks, crayons and coloring books. Photos with officers will be taken and police vehicles will be available to look at.
