Kansas gas price averages continue to decline while the percentage of savings motorists are receiving over last year’s price average continues to climb. Most Kansas cities are seeing a 20%+ savings. Per AAA Hays, Pittsburg, Topeka and Salina are showing gas prices at two dollars or less per gallon.
