Marquette: Elizabeth Hopp Fine Arts Center presents Orphan Train on Nov 21

Orphan Train presentation will be held at the Elizabeth A. Hopp Fine Arts Center on November 21 at 7:30 P.M. Shayley George, Curator of the National Orphan Train Complex in Concordia, will present a historical overview of the Orphan Train that brought homeless children to the Midwest and other parts of the U.S. and Canada from 1853 to 1929. This presentation is sponsored by the Starlight Literary Club and the Elizabeth A. Hopp Fine Arts Center. The presentation will be approximately one hour with Q & A time for any questions from the audience.
