Karl Riffel, a 2014 Centre High School graduate and an Allen County Community College transfer student, accepted a $1,000 FHSU Transfer Student Scholarship from Fort Hays State. Karl Riffel is the son of James Riffel, Lincolnville and plans to major in agricultural education.
