Patrons of USD 310 will be voting on Bo the Fairfield Falcon Bond issue on November 8. The proposed bond is for the construction of an expanded kitchen and cafeteria space including a secure entry vestibule for the building at the current HS entrance; eight new elementary classrooms, one being designated a safe room; a multi-purpose gymnasium/PE classroom with weight room space and locker room space that serves as additional safe room space; electrical infrastructure upgrades; security and door access system; replace the roof of the current elementary wing; and upgrades to the filtration system in the Ag shop. The bond will be for $5.895 million over a 20-year period. A family with a house valued at $75,000 will pay approximately $7 a month for the bond.
