K-State Research & Extension-Reno County will be holding a BBQ Clinic on August 29th from 10 AM to 6:00 PM at the Reno County Extension Office.  Participants will learn about food safety, rubs, cold smoking, cuts of meat, smokers and fuels -Registration is $45 per individual or $70 for a team of 4 or less.  Registration deadline is August 24.  Contact Darren Busick 620-662-2371 or [email protected] for more information.
