BCBS Scholarship Awarded to Tabor College Student

Kasie Winfrey, a Tabor College junior nursing student from Copeland, Kan., has been awarded a $5,000 scholarship from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas Foundation to help complete her degree.
