Hesston College volleyball coach Jessica Cleveland announces Ally Vogt, a 5’6” defensive specialist from Berean Academy, Elbing, Kan., as the latest addition to the Larks 2015 recruiting class.
Vogt was an honorable mention all-league performer as a senior for Berean Academy, where she also played basketball and ran track for the Warriors. Vogt helped lead Berean to the 2012 volleyball state tournament.
A National Honor Society member and four-year Gold Honor Roll selection, Vogt will study social work at Hesston.
“Ally will be a great fit at Hesston College and the volleyball program,” Cleveland said. “She’s athletic with a lot of volleyball potential. I’m excited to watch her grow and develop as a student athlete at Hesston.”
Vogt is the daughter of Scott and Amy Vogt, Hesston. She attends Garden Community Church, Moundridge, Kan.
