Great Bend: Fairways at StoneRidge approved for “instant equity” program

The Fairways at StoneRidge subdivision development has received a Rural Housing Incentive District (RHID) designation, allowing those planning to build a home to receive their chosen lot at no cost and no future payments to the developer. The “instant equity” obtained with RHID helps buyers obtain financing at lower rates. This is the third active RHID in Great Bend.
