The City of Goddard recently announced Kelly Bergeron as the new Community Development Director. Bergeron has over 10 years of local government and non-profit experience, previously serving the City of Edmond, Oklahoma; the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas; Wichita State University; and the Regional Economic Area Partnership (REAP). Kelly has a Bachelor’s of Political Science, a Masters of Public Administration, and is a Certified Public Manager (CPM).
