El Dorado: Receives a $90,000 Moderate Income Housing Grant

The City of El Dorado received a $90,000 Moderate Income Housing Grant from the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation. The money will be used to replace two run-down buildings on North Star Street with three single-family rental units. Construction should begin by May 1 and the project completed by the end of the year.
