The National State Teachers of the Year presented the 2015 Chasing Rainbows Award to Andover Public Schools Instructional Technology Coach Dyane Smokorowski. The Chasing Rainbows Award was created to honor teachers who have overcome great obstacles in their lives and are making differences in the lives of children.
