Over the last four months, Damm Pharmacy, 1410 N. Woodlawn, has been burglarized three times. Each time a substantial amount of pills were stolen. The most recent burglary was Oct. 8 at 12:45 a.m. The other two incidents occurred on Sept. 13 at 5:08 a.m. and July 4 at 6:02 a.m. Investigators are actively pursuing these cases and are asking anyone with information about these crimes to call the Derby Police Department at 316-788-1557. Anonymous tips may also be submitted to Crime Stoppers of Derby by calling 316-788-TIPS (8477).
