GODDARD, Kan. – SLN Manager, Inc., a team of Wisconsin developers who specialize in hotel and indoor waterpark development and management, announced in March that it will break ground on a $35 million Crowne Plaza hotel, an aquatic and wellness center, and a family entertainment center in Goddard, Kansas this spring.
