Chapman youth grades K-5 enjoyed a visit from K.C. Wolf, the Kansas City  Chiefs mascot last Thursday, August 20. The special assembly took place at the CHS auditorium. An eight foot tall K.C.Wolf spoke to the children about “Reading to Succeed” which encourages students to read and stresses the importance of learning.   Dan Meers was the man under the costume, and he tied K.C.’s message into the district reading theme of SuperReaders.
