The Augusta City Council listened to a proposal from City Manager Art Shaw and Assistant Manager Cody Simms for construction of a new trail at Shryock Park. The proposed trail would provide a safe crossing at Ohio Street, continue through the park, follow the shoreline and meet up with the existing trail connecting Garvin and Shryock Parks.
