Sophomore and junior students can apply to win one of two all-expenses-paid Youth Tour trips from local rural electric cooperatives. This year the trips are to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and Washington, D.C. The application deadline is January 19 for customers of Ninnescah Rural Electric http://n-r-e-c.ninnescah.com, or February 1 for customers of Southern Pioneer http://www.southernpioneer.net/.
