Volunteers are needed to count bicyclist and pedestrian activity at locations in Andover from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, and from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. Information collected will be used to plan potential projects benefiting active residents.
