10 empty grain cars of a Union Pacific train derailed on Monday, October 24. The train was headed into a facility when the cars derailed. The derailment happened on private property. There were no injuries reported, but damage was done to a power pole close to the Flint Hills Grain elevator. The incident is under investigation.
