The one thing I have tried to do when I sit down to write this column is to get you to think; think for yourself and not how anyone else tries to convince you to. Our nation was founded on the principles of common law, the Ten Commandments, and the goodwill of all. Our REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC was set up that a ‘moral’ people could govern themselves. Without a moral foundation what chance does a nation have?
President Ronald Reagan once said that our freedom is not genetic. We are always only one generation away from losing our republic. For over one hundred years our country has been herded towards a totalitarian society. Each generation we have been moved closer. We have had two great generations that had to step in and save the free world from evil. Gradually we keep getting moved closer to the edge. As God was banished from society we grow closer and closer.
As prophesied clothes have come off and normal is to show your skin. Pornography is a billion dollar industry and has come into the home on a boob tube. Selfishness is the norm and uninhibited pursuit of pleasure is the norm.
Murdering and tearing a child from the womb is a right and the words RIGHT TO LIFE are the first part of our ‘rights’ taken away.
When a huge percentage of people look at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have become a bother and should only apply to ‘certain’ people, we are close to losing it all.
When a President commits treason against the country who is left to save us? The world now knows that the US is not a good ally. The US is no longer the pillar of freedom. The belief and main principle of ‘leave no one behind’ has been shattered.
Lies have become the standard from Washington. What became of the Press that held bureaucrat and politician alike accountable? What happened to the progress that brought this people from slavery, through racism, and opportunity?
What has happened to the late, great united States?
