11 year old Ariel Pinkston’s recipe for Sunflower Sushi won the grand prize in a cooking contest sponsored by Uncle Ben’s Rice, netting her $15,000 and her school $30,000.  The school plans to use their proceeds for a cafeteria makeover, a new projector, sound system, an additional water fountain and guest tables.  Ariel has not decided on how she will use her $15,000.
