The Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Fishin’ For Bucks promotion from Memorial Day weekend through the 4th of July weekend. The event offers more than $2,000 in prizes. To participate anglers must purchase a $10 button at the Chamber of Commerce and several local businesses. Eighteen prizes, in the form of Chamber Bucks, a lifetime Kansas fishing license, a scholarship to Pratt Community College and Walmart gift cards will be awarded for catching tagged fish at Pratt County Veterans Memorial Lake.
