I am sure that a lone voice from Kansas will never be heard by the ‘Butcher of Moscow’. But let me address him and those who seek power and glory on this earth.
Sir, there is no power and glory on this earth for those who seek to dominate others. As a leader of a world power you bear a special responsibility to those in your charge. There is an admonition for us from he who created us against cursing, yet those being crushed under your tanks and planes will curse you with their dying breaths. Mothers will curse you over the bodies of their children. Fathers will curse you over the pain, suffering, and death of their wives and children. Wives will curse for the promise of a safe passage from the Hell that you are making of their attempts to flee.
The families of your soldiers will curse you when their sons do not return to the cursed land that you have ruined. Those starving will curse you because you destroyed a land so fruitful. You have sown land mines where others more important than you sow wheat.
Do you believe sir that adding to the legacy of the tyrants who came before you will add anything of good in this world? Sir, you have reached the age of seventy, how long do you think you have left in this world. Instead of following the Prince of Peace, you have chosen to follow the Prince of Darkness. Do you not know that Satan is laughing at your folly and is waiting to cast you into the depths of Hell with those who proceeded you. Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao, and other despots who inflict mankind with horror. You will be tormented by the spirit of a million souls that you tormented on this earth.
As God heard the cries from his people and brought them out of slavery, so will he hear the cries from the people of Ukraine and your people that you betray with your cowardice!
It is written “blessed are the peace makers”. Is it not reasonable that cursed are the makers of war. Is it not true that those who do not oppose you and stand up for the victims that you create, will suffer your same fate.
Translators of scripture fall short of transmitting complete meanings of words. Thou Shalt Not Kill is a simplification from the Hebrew and Aramaic meanings. The commandment is actually “Thou Shall Not Murder”. There are 12 different meanings of killing in those languages. That is why there are justifiable cases of killing, such as self defense or defense of others.
Sir, your death however it comes, will be celebrated with great joy. Man has been granted free will. Man will create his condition with no interference. There is no doubt in my mind that God weeps at your choices.
Be assured that when you die it will be with the ringing voices of those behind you cursing your name and memory.
