Ingredients
8 ounces linguine, uncooked
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
1⁄4 cup Kraft® Zesty Italian Dressing
3 cups broccoli florets
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots to the cooking water for the last 2 minutes of pasta cooking time. Drain pasta mixture.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add meat, cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger; cook until sauce thickens, string occasionally.
Step 3
Toss pasta and meat mixtures in large serving bowl.
Serve by itself or with your choice of white or brown rice.
