THERE WAS A MAN WHO LIVED BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND HE SOLD HOTDOGS.
HE WAS HARD OF HEARING, SO HAD NO RADIO.
HE HAD TROUBLE WITH HIS EYES, SO HE READ NO NEWSPAPER.
BUT HE SOLD HOTDOGS. HE PUT SIGNS ON THE HIGHWAY TELLING PEOPLE HOW GOOD THEY WERE.
HE STOOD BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND CRIED: BUY A HOTDOG MISTER? AND PEOPLE BOUGHT.
HE INCREASED HIS MEAT AND BUN ORDERS. HE BOUGHT A BIGGER STOVE TO TAKE CARE OF HIS TRADE.
HE FINALY GOT HIS SON HOME FROM COLLEGE TO HELP HIM.
BUT SOMETHING HAPPENED. HIS SON SAID: “FATHER, HAVEN’T YOU BEEN LISTENING TO THE RADIO?
HAVEN’T YOU BEEN READING THE NEWSPAPERS? THERE’S A DEPRESSION ON.
THE EUROPEAN SITUATION IS TERRIBLE.
THE DOMESTIC SITUATION IS WORSE. EVERYTHING IS GOING TO NOTHING.”
WHEREUPON THE FATHER THOUGHT, “WELL, MY SON’S BEEN TO COLLAGE, HE READS THE NEWSPAPER, AND HE LISTENS TO THE RADIO. HE OUGHT TO KNOW”
SO THE FATHER CUT DOWN MEAT AND BUN ORDERS, TOOK DOWN HIS ADVERTISING SIGNS, AND NO LONGER BOTHERED TO STAND ON THE HIGHWAY TO SELL HIS HOTDOGS, AND HIS HOTDOG SALES FELL ALMOST OVERNIGHT.
“YOU’RE RIGHT, SON,” THE FATHER SAID TO THE BOY. “WE CERTAINLY ARE IN THE
MIDDLE OF A GREAT DEPRESSION.”

Some things are timeless. if you are prospering do not let someone with education tell you how bad things are. Proof that the world is going to hell in a handbasket have always been here. You are only educated when you can keep being prosperous despite what is going on around you. What is criminal is when the news is ignored in order to support those who would tell you how to conduct your business.
I am finding that I am much happier when I quit watching the main stream media. There is much more interesting pursuits, like reading, or watching Swamp People. Washington might sue the producers about that name.
A good friend has a grandson who will graduate this year at the head of the class. He has gotten a great scholarship. I am very hopeful about this young man’s future. He went through school and challenged his teachers all the way. He is not one to be indoctrinated.
Then I was crestfallen when his study is pre-law. The world needs ONE MORE LAWYER! Can he manage to escape indoctrination of the most liberal institution in the state?
Is it not interesting that the richest people in the world are college dropouts. Some of the most successful people I have known got that way by the work ethic that they had. I support technical education. But how would you feel when ‘educated’ people pull your job out from under you. Ask the pipeline workers.
It is interesting that a lady in the children’s concentration camps gets in front of Senator Ted Cruz demanding that he respects the ‘dignity’ of the children in the plastic cages. As if being piled on top of each other has any dignity. Bet that lady is ‘edukated’.
In the past refuges and migrants have been dirty and ragged from the travels and conditions that they come from. Why do the new desperate people have T shirts that say BIBEN LET ME IN? Or how does the pictures show many with cell phones? How do they keep them charged, plugging into cactus? I have not seen a faded or torn pair of jeans yet.
What about the ‘rent-a-kids’ that the Border Patrol has documented that show up with new parents every month?
It seems that the demoncrats and news media are sure that the American public has been edukated so well that we fall for the lies. At least a few are getting through.
