Disillusioned with man and life, you bet! Where is goodness, justice, truth and love? It seems evil prevails, nowhere is that more obvious than in those who rule. One is sorely tempted to believe the old lie, “It is a dog eat dog world, if you don’t get them first, they will get you.” It oppresses one’s reach for justice, love and life; easier to remain in the hopeless sewer of bitterness and despair, surrendering to the spirit of lies, death and hatred. The choice before all men… who will rule you?
Beliefs are the foundation for destiny: destroying or building, slavery or liberty, death or life. Let us examine the founder and the foundational beliefs of Marxism; with its ever expanding branches of cover names Socialism, Communism, and Progressivism; yet, all one powerful belief system, which demands the right to rule our nation today.
Karl Marx declared, “We make war against all prevailing ideas of religion, of the state, of country, of patriotism. The idea of God is the keynote of a perverted civilization. It must be destroyed.”
Do you hear his ambition to destroy government, patriotism, and God from countries? Karl Marx further clarified both his inspiration and desired culmination.
“The hellish vapors rise and fill the brain, till I go mad and my heart is utterly changed. See this sword? The prince of darkness sold it to me. For me he beats the time and gives the signs. Ever more boldly I play the dance of death.”
“…I have power within my youthful arms to clench and crush you {ie., personified humanity} with tempestuous force, while for us both the abyss yawns in darkness. You will sink down and I shall follow laughing, whispering in your ears, “Descend, come with me, friend,” your personal invitation from Karl Marx.
Marx’s teachings are personified to champion the common man, an answer for utopia on earth. Yet, this man, as his followers today, had one set of words for the public and another in his private writings. As Marx put it, “Words I teach all mixed up in devilish muddle. Thus, anyone may think just what he chooses to think.”
Lenin clarified, “We have to use any ruse, dodge, trick, cunning, unlawful method, concealment, and veiling of the truth. The basic rule is to exploit the conflicting interests of the capitalist states.”
Privately, Marx called the common man …”stupid boys, rogues and asses.” He identified black people as “idiots” and in private constantly called them “niggers.” Marx openly promoted slavery in North America. Clearly this belief system is not only polar opposite of our Constitution, it is hostile to God and all mankind.
The fruit of communist teaching, just as schemed, has led to the imprisonment, poverty, and slaughter of millions of people. Marx had a quote for that too… “A silent, unavoidable revolution is taking place in society, a revolution that cares as little about the human lives it destroys as an earth quake cares about the houses it ravages. Classes and races that are too weak to dominate the new conditions of existence will be defeated.”
Karl Marx was a man who refused to work preferring to live off the labor of others, thus allowing three of his children to die of malnutrition. Another two of his daughters and one son in-law committed suicide.
Many times Marx stated his desire to dethrone God. In one of his poems Marx writes, “Thus heaven I’ve forfeited, I know it full well. My soul, once true to God, Is chosen for Hell.”
A Communist newspaper, Vetchermaia Moskva declared, “We do not fight against believers and not even against clergymen. We fight against God to snatch believers from Him.”
Communism from its inception believed in the God of the Bible, but hated Him and all people made in his image. Atheism was just one more lie to deceive the masses. These are only tiny excerpts of rabid quotes from Marx and his followers.
We have let communism permeate and pollute our schools, unions, churches and Government. This teaching promotes lies, murder, hatred and destruction of everything good for now and eternity.
An eye opening, well documented book that goes much deeper is“Marx & Satan” by Richard Wurmbrand. Wurmbrand, a Romanian, had the misfortune of living under both Nazis and Communists. He spent fourteen years being tortured in Communist prisons. He was given asylum in the U.S. and testified before our congress about the dangers of Communism. Amazingly he did not hate communists. He loved and prayed for them. Wurmband saw Karl Marx, not as a man now laughing at all he had dragged to hell with him, but as the rich man in Luke 16:28 begging us to warn his brethren that they too not come to this place of torment.
It is true, we live in a world broken by evil and sin; But don’t give up, Christ is no hypocrite. His death on the cross for our sin is irrefutable proof of His goodness and love for us. His longsuffering is only for the salvation of more. He will come and restore our broken world. No one will escape if we neglect so great a salvation. Only Christ can save us from this deathly path, and he calls to all of us even those caught in Communism. Nothings new, It is the same old question, who will rule you?
